City Walk Urban Mission

City Walk Urban Mission was established in July of 2012 by Anthony and Renee Miller. City Walk is an outreach organization for the homeless and has a Transition Home for Men. The home for men is a voluntary program in which we take in homeless men or ex-offenders released from incarceration that would otherwise be homeless. Anthony and Renee, as devout Christians, felt it was their calling to help the “least of these” and gave up the home they were living in to house the men. The residents are assisted in finding a job, transportation, meeting probation requirements if necessary, and reaching personal goals.  They live in community at the home and operate as a family, sharing meals and chores.  Most successfully graduate by finding a job and being able to sustain themselves on their own, or they are reunited with family.

City Walk sees an average of 4000 people in crisis a year at their outreach center. Services include Pastoral Counseling, Crisis Intervention, Addiction Recovery Groups, Food Pantry, Hygiene Packs and Clothing for the homeless.

Weekly worship services are held Tuesday evenings at 6 pm. We believe God loves you enough to meet you right where you are but too much to let you stay there. So come as you are and let God change you from the inside out.
